I'm passionate about working with people who want to develop their full potential and leave behind the obstacles that have been holding them back. I use neurofeedback with talk therapy and brainspotting for the most efficient and comprehensive approach to personal transformation. My ideal therapy client is someone struggling to improve their self or relationship, and needing a way to facilitate this change and process thoughts and emotions.
I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals, parents and families. I work very well with young adults adapting to new responsibilities and developing greater independence. I like to blend talk therapy with the applied neuroscience of neurofeedback. This helps me coach people into new habits and reinforce positive changes with clear feedback.
Neurofeedback lends itself very well to resolving struggles related to ADD/ADHD, PTSD, OCD. It also facilitates peak performance by removing obstacles to optimal functioning in all domains of life.
