Before training to be a therapist, I spent 30 years as a performer and dance instructor. Dance instruction has given me a depth of knowledge in somatic work, interpersonal relationships, and the soul’s journey. I received my master’s in counseling from Regis
University, Level II Brain Spotting and I utilize EFCT as a basis for couple's work.
