I passionately help BIPOC adults who have felt alone or misunderstood for far too long. They may be navigating autism, ADD/ADHD, loneliness, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, health issues, autoimmune disorders, hormonal changes, chronic pain, fatigue or burnout that feel layered and complex. They want help understanding why they feel this way and how diet, lifestyle, family history, oppression, and their environments have impacted them. My clients want lasting transformation—not temporary relief. They are seeking holistic, compassionate, culturally rooted and spiritually safe space where they feel seen, honored, and supported.
I take an integrative, root-cause approach that helps connect stress, trauma, diet, and beliefs to how the body, mind, and spirit respond with thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I use EMDR, MBSR, functional nutrition, and integrative therapies, but find the deepest fulfillment in centering Jesus Christ with those open to prayer and scripture-guided healing.
