I am a licensed clinical therapist and believe therapy is a way for individuals to connect and access their own wisdom to make the changes for a life that is most inspiring and fulfilling. Healing trauma puts us back in touch with who we really are and allows us to reconnect and build strong relationships. I have six years of experience working as a substance use counselor and four years of experience working with eating disorders. I am a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) and am IFS informed EMDR certified. I use a holistic, mind and body approach that invites all our parts into the healing process, creating opportunities for change and growth.
Depending on the individual and situation, I combine elements of , DBT, CBT, ACT, DNMS, Somatic Experiencing, Solution Focus, motivational interviewing, shame resilience and Self-compassion to offer the most effective and personalized approach to healing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships issues and other mental health concerns.
