I work with adults who are ready to work through patterns that no longer serve them, especially around family, relationships, and the deeper question of who they are outside of what they were taught to be. Many of my clients grew up in homes where their emotional needs weren't fully met or understood, and they're now sorting through what that means for how they attach, trust, and show up in adult relationships. I work with clients across the LGBTQ+ community and am affirming of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
I use an attachment-based, psychodynamic approach, which means we spend real time looking at your early relationships and how they shaped the beliefs you carry into adulthood, then connect that directly to what's happening in your life now. My goal is for you to leave each session with more clarity than you came in with.
