For deeper wounds, I often integrate EMDR therapy to release painful memories, reduce triggers, and restore balance. With couples, I focus on strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and repairing the bond after betrayal. EMDR Intensives are also available to help resolve years of trauma in a single day.
