Hello and welcome! I am a licensed therapist providing counseling for tweens, teens, adults, families, and couples. I utilize trauma-informed practices and care for all clients, and enjoy working with a diverse set of clients. I have specific expertise and previous experiences working with individuals who are LGBTQ+, have experienced sexual violence, are neurodivergent, have childhood trauma, or exhibit PTSD symptoms. I am also interested in working with couples, those deconstructing religion and have religious trauma, and those who are working with or are currently in the foster care system.
I have a continuous commitment to providing therapy services for those within the LGBTQ+ community. I dedicate time and training to best support gender diverse clients, and the transitioning process. I have experience working with trans teens and young adults. I dedicate time outside of my practice to advocacy and community work for the queer community.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy practices, comprehensive and holistic care, as well as a trauma informed lens. I am here to be a listening ear, hold you accountable as needed, and a shoulder to lean on during hard times.
