To do so, I offer various couple's therapy formats (discernment counseling, pre-marital counseling, and conscious uncoupling support), family therapy for parents/children, and individual therapy for adults and teenagers impacted by these relationship transitions as well.
Relationships have their own life cycles with critical junctures; painful, joyful, and often marked by uncertainty. With the right support, I believe these deep heartbreaks open us up to the deepest connections and sense of being human, giving us a chance to heal and transform old patterns into authentic connection.
