My approach is relational and story-focused. We explore recurring patterns, early attachment strategies, and how you and your nervous system responds under stress. I work experientially and at a sustainable pace. I’m trained in Lifespan Integration (Level II) for trauma and PTSD and am a Gottman Level II–certified couples therapist.
