Life often brings challenges that leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the next step. My counseling journey began with a passion for helping people navigate those challenges, heal from past wounds, and discover a deeper sense of meaning and purpose. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you don't have to "fit the mold", but instead it's about meeting you where you are and walking alongside you and your unique story.
I work with adults and adolescents navigating challenges such as addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, mens's issues, toxic relationship recovery, divorce, relationship dynamics, and challenges with identity and purpose. My approach is collaborative and integrative, utilizing multiple therapy modalities and also trained in EMDR for trauma resolution.
Change is difficult. We all carry beliefs about ourselves that no longer serve us, and understanding them, challenging them, and developing compassion towards yourself is a big step toward making changes.
