I help empower and walk alongside clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, trauma, self-acceptance, and self-esteem issues. My hope is to help clients to improve the quality of their lives, their relationships, and their sense of self. I have a special passion for empowering authenticity and working with new mothers struggling with the transition into motherhood, dealing with issues including, but not limited to, the mental load, identity integration, and other mental health changes. I also use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process through traumatic and otherwise impactful events.
I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their emotions and experiences openly. Using a client-centered, emotion-focused lens, I help clients connect with their inner feelings, understand the root causes of their struggles, and empower them to become their most authentic selves.
