Hello my Name is Niah and I am here to help you heal. Therapy with me looks like a trauma-informed, solution-focused, collaborative process. This means that I believe in working together to help you heal in a way that considers your life experiences, aspirations, and goals to achieve your mental wellness. I am a huge advocate of adult creative expression, play, mindfulness and centering joy in your healing process.
I offer evidence-based therapeutic practices while also taking a holistic approach that invites you to bring your culture, spirituality, and creativity into the safe space we create together. I facilitate a space for you to be heard while offering gentle guidance towards a healthier and authentic version of you.
