I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, racial trauma, and sexual trauma. With a focus on healing and empowerment, I work with diverse populations, including Black/African American individuals, other racially/ethnically minoritized communities, gender-diverse people, queer individuals, and traditional, non-traditional, and first-generation college students. Drawing from an integrative theoretical approach create a space where clients can explore their experiences, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with their inner strength.
I seek to empower clients to recognize their inherent worth, access healing, and reclaim their narratives in a world that often marginalizes them. Whether navigating the impacts of trauma, identity, or life transitions, I work collaboratively with clients to cultivate resilience, foster self-compassion, and promote growth in an affirming environment.
Please be advised that I am currently only serving clients in an online/telehealth therapeutic format.
