Hey, My name is Nia . I'm a San Diego native who after living in Missouri for the 11 years decided to relocate to Durham, NC. My goal is to empower my clients with the ability to self advocate, develop coping skills, and interpersonal growth that instills confidence.
I pull from a variety of evidence based & trauma informed practices based on my clinical judgment fit the clients goals best. During my academic and professional career, I have acquired over 4+ years of experience. As we work together, I hope we can create a space for your most authentic self to shine.
As a young counselor I am passionate about working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities and creating inclusive/accessible therapy environment. The Bull City has treated me well and I cannot wait to get connected with you.
