With many years of experience as an LCSW, I specialize in treating adults 21 and older who may be experiencing depression, anxiety and or life transitions. As a Christian, I also like to help other Christians navigate their spirituality and mental health, helping them to understand that prayer and therapy are not mutually exclusive, one can engage in both.
Our first session will be used to gain an understanding of your history, symptoms, needs and goals for therapy. We will then discuss the plan for future sessions. And don't worry, therapeutic interventions are individualized to meet your specific need. We will work collaboratively to help you begin to live the life you desire. I look forward to meeting you.
