I am here to support and guide you through your mental health journey with compassion and consistency. If you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, feeling stuck, low motivation, challenges with confidence or self-control, or if you’re ready to explore and heal childhood or relationship trauma, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I bring both professional training and personal insight to my work, allowing me to meet clients with empathy, authenticity, and understanding. My top priority is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and valued.
My number one priority is to be consistent in showing up, while providing compassion, empathy, unconditional positive regard, and psychoeducation to my clients. I have experience in a number of modalities, and pull from many to cater to your needs (CBT, Solution-Focused, Trauma-based, Motivational Interviewing, Psychoanalysis, to name a few).
Laughter is truly a release and cure, so I bring this to my sessions and find that my clients appreciate this. With a safe and nonjudgmental space, I assist my clients with processing their emotions and thoughts, gain control through cognitive coping and restructuring, mindfulness, and increase confidence in themselves.
