You may not be sure when or how it happened, but suddenly you are starting to recognize your habits, patterns of thinking, or relationships are just not working. Maybe this happened as a result of grief, trauma, or any major life transition; either way, you know life could feel better than this. Using a client centered and strengths-based approach, I walk with my clients every step of the way to find healthier ways to manage life’s most challenging obstacles and pain. During your therapeutic journey, you will discover a new path to healing, strengthen your relationships, and build an emotionally healthier lifestyle.
I approach therapy with a holistic and solutions focused mindset in a non-judgmental space. It is my ultimate goal to help clients create strong, practical tools to build a healthier and more fulfilling life for themselves and their relationships. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions including: CBT, SFT, Motivational Interviewing, and more.
