I bring lived and professional experience, having supported survivors of domestic violence; young adults navigating anxiety, OCD, and life transitions; and clients healing from intergenerational and relational trauma. My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, tailoring evidence-based treatments—such as CBT, DBT, and ERP—to your needs and strengths.
