MY NEW PRIVATE PRACTICE IS NOW OPENING IN THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE. Using a collaborative model, I work in partnership with clients to address their current concerns as well as any past issues that can keep them from becoming empowered in their lives. My training and life experience allows me to be particularly helpful for those who are motivated to change so that they can learn the skills needed to address such issues as depression, anxiety, trauma and major life transitions. We will discover together the interpersonal conflicts in the way of you becoming who you truly are as an individual.

I have been a psychologist in private practice for 38 years in the rural town of Conway, NH. My initial training was in child and family therapy. I have been an Internal Family Systems trainer and therapist, trained in EMDR, AEDP and Nonviolent Communication. My spiritual work has included 20 years as a Zen Student, studied with Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chodron, Roger Costillo and several other non-dual teachers. My work has integrated Spiritual Wisdom and the latest methods offered in Western Psychology. I hope to help clients understand the causes of suffering and find happiness in everyday living regardless of their circumstances.

I believe that human suffering happens when the way we live our lives falls out of alignment with our internal compass. We are inherently driven to self-actualize and become the best version possible of ourselves; however, the reality is that we live in a very complex world that often steers us away from what we value. We often fall into this trap and begin to chase what society deems valuable, while being convinced that it's our true calling. This behavioral pattern is often piloted by our anxieties and relational trauma, which is what I am most fluent in, as a fellow human first, and a therapist second.
