I offer telehealth (Zoom) sessions only. Many counseling approaches help people feel better, but "feeling better" may not be enough. I assist individuals in getting to the root cause of their issues, and change self defeating patterns that previously appeared to be deeply entrenched. When unpredicted changes happen, people can feel alone, isolated, and afraid to give voice to their vulnerabilities.
