I specialize in the treatment of adolescent females, and women in transitional life phases. I feel I provide a safe, nonjudgemental environment where individuals, couples, and families can work at their own pace to meet their goals. I see a wide variety of ages and have experience in treating many issues.

I provide child-centered psychotherapy and coaching services to families struggling with relationship issues, behavior management and poor academic performance. My systemic approach to treatment provides guidance to parents that can help them guide their children and build resilience.

Accepting new clients for telehealth. I specialize in couples therapy, anxiety and phase of life issues. I work with couples who are ready and willing to do their part to improve confidence as a partner and build the relationship that they want and deserve. I have experience helping couples regain trust after infidelity or other betrayal, and those facing in-law or parenting conflict, disillusionment, or general loss of connection.
