I bring compassion to my practice with a very real desire to get to know and understand you. Utilizing a blend of CBT, ACT, and mind-body interventions, my clients often report feeling more at ease within themselves and more confident moving through challenges. Now offering Autism, AD/HD, and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. Licensed in NH & MA.
Collaboratively, my clients and I come to understand the patterning and underlying motivation of behaviors. We explore where tendencies, desires, fears, and motivations are rooted. From there, shifts in perception and relationships are made, both of self and others. In these ways, I help my clients shed what no longer serves them.
