Katarina is an experienced mental health clinician, case manager, and CPS worker, giving her a broad spectrum of experiences. She works with children, adults, and families from varying cultures and backgrounds and a variety of mental health and social issues. Katarina particularly enjoys integrating holistic and alternative healing methods into evidenced-based counseling approaches, including visualization, energy work, meditation and mindfulness-based skills.  She enjoys working with individuals who seek to learn more about themselves and have the desire to learn, grow, and evolve.

I am a LICSW and have been a clinician for 34 years, working in a variety of settings and with diverse clientele. I started my MSW career in Community Mental Health then transitioned to Inpatient Psychiatry. From there I worked in Emergency Departments doing Behavioral Health Crisis and Trauma interventions, working both for OhioHealth and The Ohio State University Psychiatric Intake Department. I have always had a foot in private practice on the side, becoming trained in EDMR and DBT therapies as well as Gottman interventions for marriage, partners and couples.

I'm a pre-licensed therapist in NH trained in EMDR. I specialize in combining evidence based interventions with holistic techniques to support a solution-focused approach in healing the mind, body, and spirit. This includes Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, reiki/energy healing, past life regression, somatic healing, meditation and hypnosis techniques. Kelsea has a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College. She has experience working with clients of all ages. Her professional roles have included school-based services, individual therapy and end-of-life care. Kelsea is deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards healing, growth and self-discovery through both empathy and compassion within the therapeutic environment.

Belle primarily works with young adults up to middle age adults. She supports the ideas that we can learn from each other, spaces should be nonjudgmental and that it’s a therapist’s job to be empathetic and validating while also providing different perspectives that can work to help clients find a change they were seeking in attending therapy.

I am a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. My scope of practice includes counseling for those struggling with drug and/or alcohol issues for themselves or those in their lives as well as mental health issues. I have worked with clients of all ages for nearly 25 yrs. I provide drug and alcohol evaluations with a lead time of at least one month. I primarily meet with clients at the end of the day by Zoom/phone, now throughout New Hampshire.

I enjoy working with people who are struggling with resolving past trauma and the impact it has on their relationships. They want to improve their view of themselves and develop an identity outside of their mental health conditions and their role in other people's lives. I enjoy working with individuals who have a hard time getting their needs met in healthy ways, either because they tend to be passive or react in anger.
