Therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely understands what you're carrying. I work with adults facing burnout, demanding careers, and major life transitions; couples struggling with communication, disconnection, or rebuilding trust; teens dealing with school pressure, friendships, family conflict, and finding their place; and families navigating changing dynamics and difficult transitions. I’m Neysa, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing virtual counseling in Los Angeles and throughout California, as well as and both in-person and virtual sessions in Aspen, Basalt and the Roaring Fork Valley.

My approach is rooted in psychodynamic work, exploring how past experiences shape present patterns. With greater understanding comes more ease, clarity, and choice. I tailor each session to your needs and let intuition guide our work - balancing complex relationships, high-pressure professions, families, and the myriad other concerns so many of us share.
