Life is so unpredictable and I want to be there for couples, families and individuals to offer tools to navigate through the tough times. I know all too well the importance of utilizing mental health care, we all face struggles. In my years of working with families and children within public schools and in private practice, I have learned forgiveness and healing is possible. Being released of anxiety and depression and past traumas can happen, if you trust the process of mental health. Counseling services I offer privately and with HIPPA compliance in a private office setting, online, schools or in homes, and within the community. This has been my specialty approach since 2015, convenience. I offer a safe and judgement free atmosphere, and if requested I pray with my patients who require a more spiritual connection.
There is the application of active listening and emotional support. The understanding also that my clients have done a brave thing in seeking help. We all fall from grace, we need help/support tackling the issues in our life or just someone to coach us along the way. Healing is the actual act of recreating self-hope & even the application of forgiveness.
