Immediate openings available for morning and early afternoon sessions (10:00 AM–1:00 PM) — no waitlist. I’m Daniel Leal, LPC and owner of Next Level Counseling PLLC. I help children, teens, & adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of control. I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, & negative thinking patterns that keep people feeling trapped. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients & have a strong track record of helping people create real, lasting change, rebuild confidence, & regain control of their lives quickly & effectively. My trained Golden Retriever therapy dog, Doc, is often part of the process.
My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in CBT, with DBT & Solution-Focused strategies. I’m highly effective with adults/kids facing hopelessness, overthinking, anger, negative thinking, & relationship stress. Sessions are structured, practical, & results-driven — and yes, we can even shoot pool during session if that helps you open up, & stay engaged.
If you’re tired of waiting weeks for help, I offer immediate availability during morning & early afternoon hours (10:00–1:00). After-school spots are limited, but daytime clients can get started right away with no delay. Therapy with me is direct, collaborative, & focused on real progress — we don’t just talk, we fix what’s not working and get results fast.
