The world we live in is fast paced and in a state of constant change that can add complexities and challenges to our lives, our relationships, our internal thoughts and our emotional states that we can’t anticipate and may not be ready for. When things become complex it can be helpful to have a therapist to support your growth into the person you want to be in an empathetic and judgment-free environment. Just like every person, your story and life circumstances are unique, they brought you to the exact place you are at today.
It is my goal to work collaboratively with you to uncover your personal truths to create a new narrative that brings you peace, joy, and understanding. My goal as your therapist is to help empower you to find and build the future you want for yourself. We will work collaboratively to create the change you are looking for in yourself and your life.
I strive to create a safe, calm, welcoming space for you to share as well as grow. I have the flexibility to work with both adults and children in individual, couple, or group sessions. Both traditional and nontraditional families, such as found families, are welcome in my practice. If someone is relevant to you, they can be relevant to our work together.
