I specialize in helping people navigate the big, messy, often taboo parts of life - things like death, identity, anxiety, grief, trauma, and the weird in-between spaces where transformation tends to live. Let’s face it, these aren’t exactly light dinner party topics, but they’re my favorite kind. I believe talking about the hard stuff (like fear, loss, mortality, and change) helps us live more honestly and with way less shame. Together, we’ll sift through what’s heavy, get creative about what’s next, and build a way forward that actually feels like yours.
I’m Samantha: a licensed therapist, death doula, clinical supervisor, and published author. If you’ve got stories you’ve never told anyone because they sound too “out there” - welcome! This is the space for grief and ghosts, fear and longing, and everything you’re afraid might make people look at you differently. I won’t. Pinky swear.
My style is real, relational, empowering, and radically accepting. You can show up here exactly as you are: sweatpants, F-bombs, existential spirals and all. I won’t ask you to perform wellness or pretend to be okay. I’ll meet you where you are, with curiosity, respect, and some deeply nerdy knowledge about the nervous system and the soul.
