In offices that look like an art studio our licensed mental health therapists can help you improve your relationships, reduce anxiety, and reconnect to your own sense of competence and worth. We help people live happier, better connected, productive lives by combining the arts with proven psychological treatment. We are licensed to practice psychotherapy and creative arts therapies. In business for 12 years, we are at the forefront in providing creative arts therapy services to adults, children, families and agencies in New York.
OUR SPECIALTY: We integrate the arts with evidence-based therapies to help you deal with ADHD (adult or child), anger, early trauma, anxiety, stress, and parent-child relationships. Untangle dysfunctional life patterns that contribute to poor relationships and limit your success by identifying and building on current strengths and learning new skills.
