Hi there,
As a first-generation graduate student from a Hispanic immigrant family, my interest in therapy is both personal and professional. Growing up, conversations about mental health were often avoided. Through my own experience in therapy, I discovered how valuable it is to have someone who listens without judgment and helps you make sense of life’s challenges.
