Hi! I'm Kevin.
I see clients via Telehealth and in person in Fort Collins.
I'm not a coddler, but I'm not cold. I'm straight forward, but loaded with empathy. I try not to take myself too seriously and use humor when appropriate. I'm a flawed human like anyone else and will keep things as real as possible.
I've been practicing for 15 years. Currently my focus is treatment for adults with ADHD, supervision for LPC and MFT candidates and individual therapy for mental health professionals.
I approach ADHD treatment with a deep understanding that comes from personal and professional experience.
My ADHD treatment approach includes psycho-education, strategies to combat all executive dysfunctions, a guide for navigating ADHD's effects on your relationships, identification and elimination of barriers to success, maintenance plans for boring ongoing tasks, a blueprint for combatting the different types of procrastination, and more.
In addition to ADHD work, I treat Codependence, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD and general relationship issues. I can help you identify unhealthy patterns formed in childhood, assist you in matching your values with your behavior and empower you to set boundaries in unhealthy relationships and create new healthy ones.
