I’m an AuDHD therapist and an expert in treating eating disorders. I specialize in offering neuro-affirming help and support for Autistic, ADHD and Neuro-Diverse people who are experiencing eating challenges. Do you feel like your body or food is a problem? I am here to offer you neuro-affirming hope and practical solutions. I use CBT in my treatment of eating disorders, and CBT-Avoidant/Restrictive-informed (CBT-AR) with my clients who have ARFID. I do not believe that ADHD, Autism and other types of Neuro-Diversity need to be "treated" or "fixed." You have an understanding therapist in me.
