Life can present many challenges, twists, and turns that can be quite difficult and puzzling. Therefore, I provide clients with the opportunity to explore those challenges and discover ways of addressing them. Through a confidential, non-judgmental, and empathic therapeutic relationship, I provide clients with the opportunity to address their difficulties which may be keeping them from realizing a more satisfying sense of well-being.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 14 years of experience in the treatment of loss and grief, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and anger management. I also provide counseling for mental health issues such as Bipolar Disorder and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
The types of therapy I use are designed to assist the client in achieving his or her goals for counseling. Openness and sensitivity to the religious and/or spiritual orientation of the client are valued components of the counseling process.
