I recognize how these struggles impact lives & collaboratively work with clients to build healthy coping, gain insight & new perspectives on life. I am a licensed social worker with over 20 years of experience & a passion for helping others achieve their best self. My approach is supportive & non-judgmental, which contributes to a safe environment for change & self fulfillment. I provide an integrated approach to therapy incorporating Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma Focused, Solution Focused, Family Systems and Mindfulness.
I additionally have advanced training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have had successful outcomes with healing for youth and adults. I have personal and professional experience helping support caregivers with the manifestations of caring for aging parents; particular passion for grief & Alzheimer's Disease.
Life can be an unpredictable journey. Often times we need support and insight from others to navigate and respond to its complexities.
