About
I’m Amber, I am a Seattle-based, trauma focused creative arts therapist. I work with adults and couples impacted by depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and traumatic life experiences. In my sessions, I support my clients in stabilizing symptoms, guide them through the process of self understanding, and work collaboratively to create concrete, accessible methods of self care that can be integrated into daily life.
As an individual therapist, I use a psychodynamic, somatic approach to care. My style is warm and engaging, creative, and trauma-focused. I draw from a variety of clinical and therapeutic approaches including: Family Systems Therapy, Drama Therapy, Play Therapy, and Jungian Psychology.
