Individuals who are seeking to find the next step on their journey find our relationship to be a safe place to explore these emotions and develop a renewed sense of self.
We choose a treatment method that best matches your strengths and goals. Goals are reviewed regularly to ensure we are on a path to meet your objectives. I am specifically trained to use cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing with a focus on postpartum depression and life transitions.
