Carla Rich LMHC & Associates is now known as New Life Counseling. The fact that you are here means you are experiencing some area in your life that is causing distress and you are looking for solutions; for something to give you a happier, more satisfied life. This distress may be caused by depression, by anxiety, by stress in your couple and/or family relationships, or you may not know why you are feeling this way. My associates and I provide a safe space where you can feel comfortable sharing what you are currently experiencing. Together we will set your personal goals of therapy and work to achieve those goals.
Carla has been working in the field of counseling for 19 years and leads a team of ten at New Life Counseling. We have experience with individual counseling of adults and adolescents as well as work with families. I pull from a variety of techniques when working with clients in order to develop an individualized approach to treatment.
New Life Counseling is a group practice of seven licensed clinicians. Please reach out by phone or email and we can discuss who at the practice would be the right fit for you! Both in person appointments and telehealth are available.

Ready..Set..Middle School! July 22-24, 2025
(This group is for rising 6th grade girls only) This summer, I am offering a small-group program designed specifically for girls entering middle school who may be feeling anxious about the transition. The curriculum includes age-appropriate activities focused on building confidence, developing coping skills, managing anxiety, building friendships, and preparing for the social and academic changes of middle school. It’s ideal for students who may benefit from extra emotional support and skill-building ahead of this important transition.
