New Life Counseling works with clients with a variety of different struggles. We focus on a holistic approach to treatment, including body, mind, and spirit. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or have been through trauma we can help you to move forward in health and wholeness.
We offer Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
We have three different therapists in the office: Alisa Caraker, LCSW, Heidi Garwood, LCSW and Elizabeth DeYoung, LCSW. Each therapist has their own unique style, approach, and specialties. See our website for more details about each therapist.
