We have therapists (Licensed, Associates and Graduate Students Interns) who specialize in different age groups (teens, young adults, middle age, and elderly), constellations (individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy), and targets (pastors & missionaries, EMDR, affair recovery, blended families, veterans, grief & loss, etc.). If a client requests to incorporate Christian spirituality into counseling, our therapists are well trained to do so. However, we are incredibly respectful of our clients’ faith beliefs, including those who profess faith and those who do not.
An ideal client at New Life is someone who is willing to explore what is within his/her jurisdiction to influence differently, understands that the longer an unhelpful/unhealthy dynamic has been in place, the longer it will take in therapy to improve, and someone who is motivated to grow and work the therapist out of a job.
