I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in private practice for the past 15 years. I work with individuals, couples and families who struggle with many experiences including trauma, codependency and abandonment. My goal is to unearth your purpose and freedom, while using several modalities to address current difficulties, uncover relational patterns that cause dissatisfaction and emptiness, personal awareness for clarity, and guidance to unravel other issues that constrain you from wholehearted living. I assist clients in emotional regulation to alleviate suffering from depression and anxiety. Most importantly, I strive to understand and journey with each of you in a healthy and caring therapeutic relationship.
