My passion is to support individuals as they seek help to unravel their current mental health symptoms and environmental circumstances. I have worked in the mental health and addictions field, addressing the symptoms of addiction as well as working to manage the mental health symptoms. I work to help the individual find a starting point and continually make steps forward to achieve their goals. Life is difficult, messy, and hard. We all need a support system to help us find who we are meant to be.
I have experience with a wide range of treatment in Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient settings. I provide individual, couples, and family counseling. I have a background in working in the field of addiction treatment for ten years and am trained in EMDR for trauma treatment.
