I enjoy helping everyone whom I see; however, I especially enjoy working with those looking for help healing from trauma (I use EMDR), older teens who are looking to "find their way," adults facing career and relationship changes, and those struggling with grief and loss. With 9 years of experience, I have worked with children, adults, and families. I currently provide therapy for clients ages 10 and older. I have an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy that is tailored to fit the needs of my clients. I believe in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that allows a client to explore their thoughts and feelings, develop skills, and work towards their goals.
