I believe that therapy is the client's personal journey where insight is created and processed to help enhance the client's life. My role as a therapist, is to provide unconditional regard, support, and another perspective as the client moves through their journey. I enjoy the variety of therapy that I can provide to adolescents and adults through individual or family counseling.
I have been licensed since 2013 in which I have worked with clients of all ages, children thru adults. I have experience with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, eating disorders, body image, and self-esteem.
I believe that our thoughts impact our feelings and behaviors and if we can understand our thought patterns, then we can enjoy our everyday life.
