This is a group where parents can unburden the stressors of parenting in a group setting, and process thoughts and emotions around parenting. Light refreshments provided as well as resource materials. This is a three month group opened during the months of Aug-Oct. Groups are out of pocket pay $50 a week. Sliding scale available. Minimum of 4 group members required and maximum of 12.

Mental Health Group Therapy

This group is to address mental health disorders and process symptoms within the group setting. This is a group process led by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Each session will have light refreshments, support systems, and CBT and DBT materials. This group is an out of pocket rate $50 a week. Sliding scale is available if you qualify. This is a 10 week program with 4 clients at minimum and 12 at maximum.
