I believe that each person holds the key to their own healing. I use evidence-based strategies such as EMDR, CBT, & Teach Group Yoga Therapy to help guide you through the healing process. I use a somatic approach to treatment, focusing on treating trauma's that have been stored in your nervous system throughout your lifespan.
