Specializing in grief and trauma recovery with certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Induced After Death Communication (IADC), and Grief Recovery. EMDR is a widely recognized trauma treatment that helps resolve emotional triggers resulting from life's difficulties. IADC is a gentle and powerful modification of EMDR that bridges clinical trauma work with healing from the devastating effects of loss and grief - people often feel better within a few sessions. My goals are to help you regain your sense of Self and direction in life, and to provide a compassionate space where you can process your trauma.
My approach is holistic and heart-centered. This is further enhanced by my certification in EMDR, so that we can address other traumas as well as loss and grief. My sessions often include Internal Family Systems and ego state therapies to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and access parts of themselves that may have been forgotten or wounded.
My sessions honor your mind, body, spirit, emotions, and relationships. I offer you the opportunity to heal from the immense impact of unresolved trauma and grief.
