I am a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Master Social Worker, Psychotherapist and a Substance Abuse Counselor for over 10 years of experience. I have had work with different populations. I specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults. I use an integrative and advanced approach combining techniques from various orientations including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, Family Systems Theory and Play therapy. I have also work for Defense Attorneys, NY Courts, NY State parole and District Attorney's office. we provide DWI Assessment, Anger Management and Parenting.
We seek to enhance client’s capacity and opportunity to change and to address their own needs. We further seek to resolve conflicts between client’s interest and the broader society’s interest in a socially responsible manner consistent with values, principles and ethical standards of the Social Work profession.
New Era Court Liaison and advocacy Program was established in January 2015. We opened our doors due to personal tragedies. Our pain and anguish gave us the strength and courage to open the doors and our hearts to provide a need of appropriate screening, referrals for specialized treatment services. Our program is dedicated to providing individual services.
