I have found my passion in working with adults with ADHD to find their inner strengths and help them move forward. As a therapist or as an ADHD life coach, I can provide strategies tailored to your needs to help overcome adults ' related issues, such as procrastination, time management and organization challenges, relationship stress, impulsive behaviors, difficulty prioritizing, etc. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider and ADD Coach Academy Associate Coach. I am Intensely trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) through B-Tech.

As a Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, I walk with my clients as they discover new paths toward personal growth, in their relationships with others, and in discovering a new peace within their environment. I believe in trying differently, rather than harder. Parenting children who are neurodivergent (ADHD, FASD, Autism, Developmental Trauma) can be overwhelming, especially if a parent is too! Children can struggle with healthy attachment, viewing every person and situation through a "survival' lens of distrust, often engaging in undesirable behavior to try to establish feeling in control, safe, and connected. They may struggle with processing and verbalizing or emotional regulation. Parents may struggle with regulation and connection in the face of challenging behavior. We all do well when we have the necessary skills to do so!

My philosophy in working with individual, couples and families is to provide a safe environment that enable individuals feel free to express their emotions, feelings and work at solutions, conflicts stress and life changes. I am Emily J. Runyan, a practicing psychotherapist since 2007 and board-certified neurofeedback clinician since 2019. I have a broad background in the field of mental health – having experience in psychological testing and evaluations, individual therapy, and most recently extensive training and continuing education in neurofeedback. I work with children (generally 6 and up), teenagers and adults and continue to offer individual therapy services as well as neurofeedback services to individuals seeking positive change.

Dr. Griff is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with a specialization in Sports/Performance Psychology as well as an additional specialization in Trauma Psychology. Dr. Griff offers individual, family, child, and couple therapies in his group practice. He also offers health psychological and sports psychological services. Furthermore, Dr. Griff can provide psychological services to first responders, law enforcement, and military. He has experienced in providing a multitude of services as he was trained by the United Nations and has worked with the US military and professional athletes.

I work with adolescents, adults, families and groups. I believe rapport is vital to the therapeutic process and I strive to create an environment to provide this.
