We provide specialized programs for anger management, domestic violence perpetrators and victims, parenting classes, and an outpatient substance abuse treatment program. Other programs includes sexual boundaries for youths, and anti-theft counseling.

New Directions's Groups


This group is for individuals needing to complete, DCFS, court or probation requirements. It varies in length from 10 to 52 sessions. Please call for enrollment information. 562-943-6000. We have Monday evening and Saturday morning classes. Proof of enrollment and completion certificates are provided.

This group meets the court and probation requirements. Group is 52 weeks. Voluntary clients may attend the amount of sessions they desire. See for more info.
