About
I have experience working with children, teens, adults at all stages of life, couples and families. I have extensive experience in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, stress and complex family dynamics. My job is to support you in discovering your inner resources and harness them in a way that leads to longevity in wellness. From a mind, body and spirit perspective we will work together to cultivate skills, lifestyle choices and replace old patterns that are no longer serving you so that you can reach your goals in wellness and life.
I am classically trained in a variety of evidence based treatments, however have found a more holistic approach to addressing mental health is more effective. I delicately blend my humanistic approach with techniques modern neuroscience has shown us to be effective in making lasting behavior change and holistic health to address our nervous system needs.
I am so thankful to be able to provide my support to people during their times of need. If you are looking for a safe space to heal, in a creative and effective way, my doors are open to welcome you.
